Direct Primary Care for Employers in Boca Raton

Give your team a doctor they can reach, care they can actually use, and a benefit people notice.

It works for companies of every size. For a small company, it can be an affordable way to offer something meaningful, compete for good employees, and give people another reason to stay.

Employer membership price

Employer memberships are $100 per employee each month.

Employees can add a spouse or children through a family membership. The family membership is capped at $300 per month, regardless of how many children are covered.

What the membership includes

Each enrolled member, from newborns through adults, receives:

  • Adult and pediatric primary care
  • Preventive and wellness visits
  • Sick visits
  • Chronic-condition care
  • Sports physicals
  • Direct messaging with the clinical team
  • Same-day and next-day appointment access
  • In-office X-ray, ultrasound, and EKG
  • Sutures and minor procedures
  • More than 1,000 generic medications at no cost
  • Discounted laboratory testing and outside imaging

The medication benefit applies to each enrolled member.[1]

Employee health services

Arc can also support common workplace health requirements, including:

  • Pre-employment TB screening
  • Pre-employment physicals
  • Drug testing
  • Other work-related evaluations discussed with the employer

Ask for the current employer service list and pricing for any occupational-health service outside the monthly membership.

How it works

The employer selects the eligible employees and decides whether to cover the membership, share the cost, or offer it as part of a broader benefits package.

Employees use Arc for primary care and everyday medical needs. They keep their regular health insurance for emergencies, hospital care, surgery, specialists, and other services outside the practice.

Arc provides the primary care membership. It does not replace or administer health insurance.

Who this is for

This program is built for small businesses, professional offices, medical practices, contractors, and other employers who want a useful healthcare benefit without adding another complicated claims process.
