I've spent more than a decade in healthcare, beginning in EMS before becoming a registered nurse and later a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. My clinical experience includes Primary Care, Urgent Care, Sports Medicine, Point-of-Care Ultrasound, Wound Care, and Regenerative Medicine.

Education has remained an important part of my career. I currently precept nurse practitioner students, lecture on a variety of medical topics, and teach hands-on procedural courses for healthcare professionals. I enjoy helping both patients and clinicians build confidence through practical, evidence-based education.

I remain committed to lifelong learning and providing thoughtful, evidence-based care while helping patients understand their options and take an active role in their health.
